 1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping to all addresses within INDIA.

2. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 02:00 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated delivery days: Typically 10-15 business days. 

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact our customer service team at support@luxuryeyewear.in. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

 International Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer international shipping to 160 Countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@luxuryeyewear.in/+91 9871981806 for further assistance.

2. Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 02:00 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer the following international shipping methods:

  • Standard International Shipping:  DHL, FedEx, UPS Estimated delivery time  10-15 business days. 
  • Expedited International Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS Estimated delivery time   5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and destination country. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees such as customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

If you are shipping to a College or Apartment Building or any place where the mail is left outside for anyone to take it make sure to use a USPS Signature Required shipping option

Return & Exchanges Policy

  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 15 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges) Note: you may exchange or return it for a refund within 14 days from delivery for Pre-Owned items.
